I love that one of the characters is refusing to get a Twitter account. LOL! I love that we don't know it all...I'm expecting lots of twists and turns...

Just read the latest Twitters. Apparently he can't even access his emails, use predictive text and regularly breaks his phone! Sounds like my husband!

I really like this format--the concept of using Twitter to tell a story is brilliant. That Matheson doesn't speak for himself just makes the concept even more innovative. It automatically draws attention to his character, because he's the one voice not heard. Then, the audience gets to play detective and try to sort out his character through the filters of other characters' observations, opinions, etc. This is one of the most interesting, creative projects to come along in a long time....I'm completely addicted to both the mystery of G#9 and the mystery of James Matheson--just through the Twitter entries!

have to agree with you there. Its a groundbreaking cencept. Also having a webisode that has high quality production. It looks more like a movie than a web based show. The whole thing is exciting and all the characters are all different.

The way the other characters talk about James also tells us a lot about them. It's a really interesting approach. With the episodes being so short it's allowing us to get to know these characters before the first episode.

I agree I love the Twitter story, it tells so much, just by how they tweet, and what is said about who.
Especially since Matheson hates technology, it makes him seem like an outsider to the rest of his team.

Sort of, although it's clear that they really respect him. Lyndon seems to really value his opinion while Dunbar called him a great detective.

I love the way that the background to the main story is developing on Twitter. It's definitely interesting the way that they are presenting Matheson, I'm interested to see what he will be really like once we see him on screen.

Yes! We are seeing other people's view of him before getting the chance to see for ourselves. That has to be a first for a character!

Very true that the other characters' comments about Matheson also reveal their characters, as well as glimpses of his. Dunbar's geek horror at Matheson's cavalier attitude about technology is very funny, from viewing Matheson as like a caveman because he doesn't use it to his shock that Matheson would delete the emails, once Matheson knew how to do it. Lyndon seems to be trying very hard not to be interested in Matheson as any more than a trusted colleague.
I like the impression that Matheson is rather fiery (the phones going out the window, as well as the trailer shot of his lunging over the table...), as well as intelligent and eccentric. GDL should just eat this role up.

Well we've now found out that Matheson has/had a possible wife/partner called Sian.
"CJLYNDON I do like James as a friend. But it could never happen. I have too much respect for Sian. X"
Current partner? Ex Wife? Is Sian dead? What do we reckon?

Hmm.. I don't think he's still together with her. People were thinking Lyndon was his girlfriend when she went to see his daughter at this school sports thing.. Or maybe him and Sian ain't together that long, so people actually don't know who his girlfriend is...
Gah, so many possibilities!!
